Accept Your Poverty - Matthew 5:34

"Do not get trapped by the feeling of being unfairly treated by others who do not pay you fairly for the hard work you put in for My sake. I know that you feel like the underfed ox that still faithfully ploughs the ground or the farmer that is denied fruits from the very plants he helped nurture. Leave the others to me.

Remember, My child, that if you believe that they can make you poor, then you must believe that they can make you rich, But "No!"... an emphatic "No!" Others cannot make you rich or poor. I and I alone can make you rich or poor.

Accept your nothingness, your poverty without Me. It is not only in spiritual things but My people needs to realise their poverty; it is only in material things. Die, My child, die to all that is physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual in you...and live My life alone.

From now, everything that you have to use is from Me, completely from Me. When you accept your utter poverty apart from Me, out of your life will flow the fragrance of thankfulness and gratefulness to the One who has given you His life that you may live fully...and with that, all other good things also."

I'd Rather Have Jesus
I'd rather have Jesus than silver or gold, I rather be His than have riches untold
I'd rather have Jesus than houses or lands, I'd rather be led by His nail-pierced hand;
* Than to be the king of a vast domain and be held in sin's dread sway;
I'd rather have Jesus than anything this world affords today.
I'd rather have Jesus than men's applause, I'd rather be faithful to his dear cause;
I'd rather have Jesus than worldwide fame, I'd rather be true to His holy Name.
